Use governance and escalation to move work forwards
We believe that clarity of purpose, outcomes and scope is achieved through strong governance, clear decision making and shared understanding of risks, enabling senior support, informed decisions and alignment across teams.
Therefore, we will maintain regular senior engagement and follow agreed governance, risk and escalation processes; ensuring these are proportional and where necessary creating adaptors from our agile ways of working to meet the needs of our organisation. We will leverage governance for the benefit of our delivery, using it to unblock decisions and move the work forwards.
